A woman with dark hair, smiling, leaning against a tree in a forest. She is wearing a white eyelet top and light blue pants, with a visible tattoo on her forearm.

I’m Sarah,

a multi-passionate creative, and a body worker of almost 15 years.

My life’s work is helping people feel safe and grounded! I’ve been massaging since 2013, specializing in deep relaxation, soothing the nervous system, and bringing people gently back into their bodies. A few years ago I added reiki to my practice, which has opened up whole new levels of balance and peace for my clients.

Outside of my work as a body + energy worker I’m also a multi-passionate artist! I help people nurture those unseen connections to place and past by offering lessons and workshops for hand-spinning yarn - an ancient handicraft that promotes presence and slowness. My goal here is to help people feel kinship to animals and the earth by working with natural fibres, to strengthen their relationship with their body by working with their hands, and to understand their ties to the lives and spirits of those who came before us through the practice of an ancestral craft. (Stay tuned for the online course I’m cooking up that’s going to teach you everything I know about processing wool and spinning it into yarn!)

I’m also a painter, and I sell fine-art paintings (prints and originals) that bring the peace and stillness of nature into the home.

** It’s important to note that I am not a registered massage therapist at this time - all of my hands-on work is considered relaxation massage and not therapeutic massage, and is secondary to the energy work that is the main focus of my sessions. Therefore it is not covered by insurance, and is not appropriate for rehabilitation. I am happy to refer you to any number of excellent RMTs in the area if that’s what you need! **
